People are friendly and mani/pedicures are beautiful. Prices are reasonable.
Why then does the item specify 19" length. Why do you specify the length at all? The item was misrepresented on the website and company invoice. Poor business practice and customer service.

Ordered online and sorry I did. Requested the EP groom of skort specifically described as 19" length. When it arrived the measured length was slightly less than 18". Called and was told that even though the item description, selection filter, and invoice specified the item as " EP Pro & Plus Size Essentials 19" Tour Tech Bi Stretch Pull On Golf Skort" the item can vary on length depending on the size. Lori's did not stand behind their invoice description and would not pay for the return shipping.
I recently bought a golf bag with a 30% discount coupon. When I got home I realized they gave me $30 off vs. 30%. When I called, they told me the original price was $60 more than the sale price listed on the bag so the $30 was correct. When I asked where on the bag I could find the original price they told me it wasn't on there. Seems rather deceptive to me.
